We Create a Safe Space

Members will assume good intentions and respect the opinions of other members. However, if someone says something incorrect or harmful, please name the impact that this statement had in a respectful manner. Thoughtful discussion is an opportunity for everyone to learn. Members will not shame or target members for their identity or opinions.


Zero Tolerance for Hate

We do not tolerate any form of hate in the Ladies Work Remote community, including but not limited to: racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, biphobia, queerphobia, ableism, and ageism. We reserve the right to remove you from online spaces or in-person spaces if you violate this policy.


We do not tolerate any form of harassment in the Ladies Work Remote community. Respect the consent of other members: no means no. Respect other member’s personal space and their privacy. Make sure to ask for permission before touching someone, recording them, or taking their photo. We reserve the right to remove you from online spaces or in-person spaces if you violate this policy.
